  I have been a patient here for quite a few years now but it seems throughout those years, service has only gotten worse and worse. Doctors are constantly leaving the practice and building a patient/Doctor relationship is almost impossible and this very much effects patient treatment and care. The head receptionist at the front desk is very rude and unfriendly in which case I've seen her argue with patients in a most unprofessional manner. During my last visit to this office I had an appointment for a Biometric screening with Doctor Jordan (a relatively new doctor at this practice) she came into the room and didn't really even treat me as a human being...but just another patient to get out the door. I asked if I could ask her a question about some allergies I had with my eyes (knowing I couldn't ask much without scheduling an office visit) she said as long as it wasn't anything major that I could. So I explained my issue in which case she didn't even look at my eye but wrote a prescription and rushed out the door. Later I was billed for an office visit instead of a physical/biometric screening and when I called to question said Bill I was told that it was coded for this due to her writing me a prescription despite her telling me I couldn't ask about anything Indepth being that I was there for a physical....So I've made that my last trip and will never return there again.
