  They thought tried to cheat me out of $3 based on posted price. The idiots didnt realize you losing 21 every two weeks for that $3. I tipped her $2 for good measure. I always tip 4 or 5 anyway. That was my first visit I wont They won't be back. I got nail polish spilled on my hand. She kept bumping her own work messing it up redoing nails. They also cheated to Hispanic women while I was there. When you tell them the paint and design they say one price when paying it became $5 more for them. They are shady here with their 80's decor. I have three words for you, DON'T DO IT.
