  I bought an AC and heater at the same time from this company. I turned on the AC last weekend for the first time and it didn't work. They were at my home everyday for four days straight trying to fix it, and finally agreed the new unit was a dud and replaced it with a new unit that is now working perfectly.

  If you ever are in need of a plumber or someone to service your HVAC system, don't hesitate to call Pro Plumbing. I found them on Home Advisor. Within 30 minutes Josh was looking at our water heater. He was thorough and helped us come to the right decision. NO PRESSURE! Just the facts and honest answers. I requested Josh install our new water heater. He rearranged his schedule to do so and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with the customer server, the professionalism, and the outstanding customer service these folks deliver. I have no reservations recommending Josh and he coworkers at Pro Plumbers. Thank you Josh for our hot water!

  Typical of the service from Pro Plumbing, Corey was prompt, courteous, and professional. I've hired this company for my plumbing needs since they only had two trucks and three guys, so I'm glad to see that they have grown, but they still put customer service and satisfaction as a first priority. I recommend them without reservation.
