  This company went after us for Thousands of $$, supposedly because "Medicaid will only pay a portion of the charge that primary insurance will not pay", like we are responsible for the remainder after Medicaid pays! Guess what - If you accept Medicaid, you agree to accept what they pay out, and it goes against the Medicaid guidelines to balance bill a Medicaid patient, their family or their power of attorney for any unpaid balance once Medicaid has paid what they allow under the Medicaid fee schedule!
  
  I am not sure how they have remained in business. Apparently they have done this to other families over the years!
